Banano Rewards Testing Program - Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The "Banano Rewards" testing program is organized by the owner of craken.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. Purpose of the Program

The purpose of this program is to test a mobile application. Participants who actively engage in testing can receive rewards in Banano cryptocurrency.

3. Participation in the Program

• 3.1. Participation is voluntary and free.
• 3.2. The program is open to individuals 18+ or with parental/guardian consent.
• 3.3. To participate, users must:
  • Download the test version of the app from Google Play.
  • Log in using a valid Gmail account.
  • Play and collect points during the 14-day test period.

4. Reward System

• 4.1. All participants receive 20 BAN for downloading and signing into the app.
• 4.2. Players earn 1 BAN per 1 in-game points, up to a maximum of 165 BAN.
• 4.3. The total reward pool is limited. Only the first 10 testers to meet the criteria will be paid.
• 4.4. Payments are one-time only, processed after the 14-day test period ends.
• 4.5. To receive rewards, participants must provide a valid Banano wallet address in the sign-up form.

5. Verification & Payout Process

• 5.1. Participants must provide the same Gmail address they used to log into the app.
• 5.2. The Banano wallet address must be correct. Incorrect details mean no payout.
• 5.3. Payouts will be processed within 7 business days after the test period ends.

6. Restrictions & Responsibilities

• 6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel rewards in cases of:
  • Fraud (e.g., exploiting bugs or using multiple accounts).
  • Failure to follow the test instructions.
• 6.2. The Organizer is not responsible for:
  • Technical issues with the app.
  • Banano network transaction delays.
  • Legal or tax obligations related to cryptocurrency ownership.
• 6.3. The Organizer may end the program at any time, with an announcement on craken.pl/banano.

7. Final Provisions

• 7.1. These terms may be updated, and the latest version will be available on craken.pl/banano.
